Hey there!
I’m Veronika.
I’m a yoga and tango instructor, and a transformation coach based in Buenos Aires. My work blends movement, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support personal growth and embodied transformation.
I offer on-demand vinyasa and yin yoga classes, including my signature Yoga for Tango Dancers and Yoga Fusion—a dynamic conditioning practice designed specifically for dancers. I teach tango both in person and online, and organize immersive yoga and tango retreats in Argentina and internationally. I also travel occasionally to teach and perform.
Beyond the dance floor and yoga mat, I facilitate group coaching workshops and create resources that integrate mind-body tools for deeper insight, emotional clarity, and lasting transformation, that can be applied to all areas of your life, including your tango journey!
