About my style
I teach vinyasa and yin yoga as well as my signature yoga fusion and yoga for tango dancers styles. You will find yourself increasing flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, mobility and awareness, as well as calming your mind and nervous system.
While my classes are designed for a wide range of levels from beginners to advanced, most of the classes include a variety of options in each pose or exercise so that you can find something suitable for your body, no matter where you're at.
Many of my classes are infused with other movement styles including pilates, mobility, functional strength training, and barre.
In addition to a 200-RYT Vinyasa Teacher Training and a 30hr Yin Yoga training, I have also completed several anatomy trainings and continue to study both yoga and fitness from a variety of trained specialists.
