About Your Teacher
My life has taken me on a wild journey from pursuing my biggest dream of becoming a professional tango dancer, burning out in the hustle to become "somebody," and finding myself completely lost, fearful, powerless, and a shell of the person I used to be.
When I hit bottom I knew it was time to do things differently. I reunited with my authentic self through yoga and meditation, sought guidance from coaches and mentors, healed my relationship with tango, and finally, have come home to my true calling of empowering others to find their way too.
It’s been a long and wild soul search, but finally being on the other side I can truly say I love the life I have created and the person I have become. Every day I feel blessed with boundless inspiration, abundance, purpose, and the freedom to be myself. I trust my heart and soul to guide me to all the right places, even if I can’t see the path, and this allows me to live life fully and vibrantly in the present moment.
Having learned so much through my soul search, a lot of trial and error, and finally finding mentors without whom I would not have discovered the tools that led to my breakthrough, my mission now is to share those tools with you so I can illuminate your path and guide you towards discovering your true self. The self that knows their worth, stands confidently in that power, and greets life with openness, passion, and grace.
Please note that if you cannot attend live you will have access to the recordings as well as an option to submit questions to be answered on the live calls. You will also receive the slide deck from each presentation so you have notes to refer back to.
All sessions will begin with a teaching component during which I will introduce a topic, followed by a related exercise, and end with a chance for you to ask questions or receive guidance on how to apply the lesson to your specific current struggle/experience. In the questions portion I will also offer answers to anything submitted ahead of time.
You are invited to share your thoughts and struggles in this non-judgemental, confidential, and supportive space. By sharing your experience you give other participants a chance to learn through yours, and reflect on their own. While sharing is entirely optional, it is my aim to create a loving and supportive community where we can all lift each other up.
In addition to the live calls, we will have a private facebook group where you can ask further questions, receive further guidance from me and from the community, as well as connect with other participants.
The yoga and meditation classes will ground the work we do in the coaching sessions in the body and nervous system. The classes will be accessible to all body types and levels of practitioners. I will provide multiple options to modify your practice as needed. You do not need to have prior experience with yoga or meditation to participate.

Can I sign up for just the coaching calls or just the yoga sessions?
You will recieve the greatest benefit from this course if you attend all parts. For that reason I am not opening these classes up for a drop-in option. However, you are free to skip any of the parts that do not speak to you.
I can’t attend the live calls. When will the recording be available?
Recordings will be uploaded no later than the following day.
I can’t attend this course in February but would like to do it at a future date. Will it be available again?
At this point I cannot say if I will run this course again. The best option is to purchase the course and watch the recordings whenever you are free to do so. You can still reach out to me for any questions you have and I will do my best to respond via email, either through text, recorded voice message, or short video.
Do I need to do the course in order?
I strongly recommend that you do this course in order as it will be progressive and each class will build on the previous. You do not have to complete the coaching videos before doing the yoga classes, but you will get a lot more out of them if you do.
How long will I have access to the course content?
Your purchase gives you lifetime access. I will also create an option for you to download all videos and slide decks so you can do it offline.
Do I have to share private information on the live calls?
No. Sharing is entirely optional. Although I will do my best to create a loving, confidential space where we can learn from and support each other, I recognize and fully respect that some people prefer to keep their inner world more private. Just by purchasing this course I am not guaranteeing that your life will change overnight. You need to actually do the work in the lessons to see results. Although I have taken great care to design a course that I believe to be transformational for most, everybody is on a different journey, so results can vary.
While this course can very much aide in illuminating and alleviating emotional trauma, I am not claiming to be a trauma specialist and suggest you seek out a trauma-informed professional if you feel the need to approach your healing from a trauma-sensitive angle. I will, however, do my best to be as sensitive and inclusive as possible for anyone experiencing any type of ptsd, and you will always have the option to safely come out of any exercise that induces discomfort in a non-beneficial way.
